  Greg and Amber at Kurt's CARSTAR are some of the most helpful and personable people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in the service industry. After a break in to my car over the weekend, I was left dealing with a busted window and stolen license plates. I called early Monday morning and was greeted warmly by Greg who let me know I could come in at my leisure and he would get an estimate started and my window properly secured with crash glass when I arrived.
  
  I walked into the office and was greeted upon arrival by Amber. She was warm and welcoming and went out of her way to listen to my issue and solve my problem. She made multiple calls in search of the cheapest solution she could find for me (as I was paying out of pocket for the window). She also called Deluca Insurance & License Service (another 5* deserving business) where she was able to find out exactly what I would need to do to have my plates voided and replaced as well as getting an estimate for me of the cost of their services. An appointment was set up for Friday morning, the earliest available after the window arrived, for service.
  
  Greg and his team worked quickly and were thorough with their explanation of their services. They were even kind enough to put my temporary plates on when I was unable to find the right screw size to do so myself. Customer service to the absolute max! Although I hope I don't have to come back anytime soon for service, if I need any type of work done in the future, I know where I'll be going. Thank you to Amber, Greg, and the entire Kurt's CARSTAR team. You are a pleasure to do business with!

  FIVE STAR REVIEW
  I took my SUV to Kurt for some very minor repairs; I wasn't even sure he would be able to make time for such tiny cosmetic details (which were so important to me).
  
  Kurt not only fit me in, he also showed me how the process was done so I could do it in the future.
  
  The service and repair were excellent. This is by far the best body shop I have ever used. I would highly recommend it.
