  I was a patient and booked an appointment over a year ago. The doctor's office called and cancelled my appointment so I had to reschedule for 3-4 months later. I wanted to go to another doctor because I could not afford to wait 3 months for a new appointment. In the meantime, I have a serious yeast infection and they made me inactive. So, they would not call me a prescription in and would not make an exception to see me under the circumstances. You don't want to deal with an gyn that has no customer service skills and Dr. Ursula Thatch's office should get an F for customer satisfaction. I wasn't a new patient, I've been going to her office for at least 5 years and I would think they would provide a better service.
