  Great experience today! But unfortunately there is one technician at this location that keeps the ratings down. The others are exceptional but the crabby one is worth switching labs over. It’s not only me that feels this way. My husband had the crabby one last week and he’s been complaining since his visit. She does not smile, always makes a big deal out of your paperwork, makes you put your arm in contortions that no other technician requires and makes the experience more painful than it needs to be. Ridiculous. But if you are lucky enough not to get her, the other technicians are the sweetest!
