  Dr. Bird and her office staff are wonderful! She will make sure she gets to the bottom of an issue and not just shove medicine at you. Has been our family doctor for years.

  I am shocked that people are giving her such a good review. She is fine for sore throats and the wait time is ok, but God help you if you have something serious happen to you, because Dr. Bird will make it worse.
  I was 7 months pregnant when I fell. My ankle was injured pretty bad. I went to Anderson for x-rays and was sent home. I went to Dr. Bird the next office day that she was open. She gave me antibiotics for strep throat and sent me home with another x-ray order. I got the next x-ray at Anderson 2 days after I fell. A week later, my leg still hurt, so I called her and set up an appointment. The next day I was admitted to the hospital for GANGRENE! You get gangrene in the jungle from lack of medical care. Dr. Bird failed to looked at my x-ray and the infectious disease doctor who was assigned to me wanted to transport me to Barnes for an amputation! According to my chart, I was, "argumentative and demanding". Of course! I wanted my leg! She did NOTHING. Her office staff failed to give her messages that I had called and her husband is the office manager. She really needs new staff and more schooling. What a shame that she was able to become a doctor in the first place. She is not fit to care for a slug! If I could give her less than one star, I would.
